Dos caballos. Un espíritu. Un mezcal hecho como siempre se ha hecho — lentamente, en fuego y piedra, por manos que lo han hecho mil veces antes. Lanzado una vez al año. Numerado. Asignado.

Dos Caballos is born from a small palenque in Oaxaca — the heartland of Mexican mezcal — where every batch is the work of one master, one cycle of the moon, one stone oven that has been hot since before he was born.

Dos Caballos nace de un pequeño palenque en Oaxaca — el corazón del mezcal mexicano — donde cada lote es obra de un maestro, un ciclo de la luna, un horno de piedra que ha estado caliente desde antes de su nacimiento.

There is no shortcut. There is no industrial column still, no diffuser, no flavor added in a laboratory. There is only patience, and the calculated, instinctive movement of a craftsman who has spent his life learning a single trade.

No hay atajos. No hay columna industrial, ni difusor, ni sabor añadido en laboratorio. Solo paciencia, y el movimiento calculado e instintivo de un artesano que ha pasado la vida aprendiendo un solo oficio.

Each release is a small, hand-numbered batch, signed by the maestro. The bottles are not sold — they are allocated, through a small list of selected maisons in a handful of cities, and through reservation directly with the house.

Cada edición es un lote pequeño, numerado y firmado a mano por el maestro. Las botellas llegan a una pequeña lista de maisons seleccionadas en algunas ciudades, y por reservación directa con la casa.
